Livestrong at the YMCA Education Series
This week's FREE lecture: September 8th ~ Creating the Ability to See Wholeness presented by Malabika Shaw, Spirtual Response Therapy Certified Teacher, Vision Wholistic

This weekly class is held on Wednesday evenings from 5:30 to 6:30 pm and is always free and open to the public.  This series is held in Conference Room #4/5 at The YMCA Healthy Living Center. 

Super Suppers
This cooking demo features speedy recipes for those who are on the go, don’t have a lot of time to spend in the kitchen or maybe don’t like to cook. We’ll use real, fresh ingredients, along with a little prep work, to create a satisfying and nutritious supper for you and/or your family.

                     Fee:             Free for YMCA members; $15 for non-members
 

Trim Kids
Trim Kids, designed with busy families in mind, is a multidisciplinary program that introduces parents and their children to lifetime weight management skills. Each week parents and their children learn fun and new ways to increase their daily activity while practicing achievable eating goals.  Our mission is to help you learn new, positive ways of encouraging your entire family to make healthier lifestyle choices.
