Prenatal Class
The YMCA Healthy Living Center wants to help you give your baby a healthy start for life. Registration is now open for prenatal classes at the YMCA Healthy Living Center in Clive. Whether or not you have been a regular exerciser in the past, now it is even more important for you to exercise on a regular basis. Not only do you and your baby reap benefits throughout your pregnancy, you also increase your chances of having an easier labor and delivery, as well as a quicker post-partum recovery.
