The YMCA is a place that makes a difference in people’s lives in so many different ways. I enjoy being around that on a daily basis and I learn so much from the relationships I am able to form with members, staff, and community members because of the roots the YMCA has here in Des Moines. Relationships are the cornerstone of what we do and I love people, so it is a natural fit.
