Athlete Development Program

Sport Specific Training

Specific strength training & injury prevention protocols developed by a Physical Therapist & Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist, focusing on cutting edge research. The goal is to establish a strong foundation and increase overall athleticism while working on skills and drills for the sport that is the current focus.

Post Rehab/Return to Sport Strength and Conditioning

This program is designed to help athletes return to sports after an injury at, or above previous levels while reducing the risk of future injury. This program will emphasize correct body mechanics, core strength, agility, and increasing power for sports.

Golf Strength and Conditioning

Increase shot distance and consistency of play. This golf training program is designed by a Sports Medicine Physical Therapist and a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. Building a strong foundation, developing flexibility, strength, and enhancing golf specific power are included.

Water-Based Sports Conditioning (30 minute training sessions)

This aquatic training can be a great addition to other types of strength and conditioning. Decreasing or eliminating ground impact forces will allow for a great anaerobic training environment without the abuse to joints and muscles.
